                              RESOLUTION NO. 21463
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF
                 ONE (1) FIRE HYDRANT FOR PUBLIC FIRE PROTECTION
                 AT A LOCATION MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
                 HEREIN, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF THE TARIFF
                 THEREFOR.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       installation of one (1) fire hydrant for public fire protection
       located as follows:
       	    One (1) fire hydrant to be located at 3518 Hixson Pike, and
                 approximately five hundred twelve (512) feet of eight
                 (8) inch main to be laid on Hixson Pike
      
      
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that payment of the tariff to
       the Hixson Utility District be and is hereby authorized.
